Kemal Merkit

Kemal Merkit and his team mate Kutlu Torunlar competed in Dakar 2009, motorcycle category, sponsored by Jim Beam. Jim Beam Turkish Dakar Team competed in Central Europe Rally and this will be their second Dakar as a team.

Kemal Merkit No:55 uses KTM 450 EXC-R and Kutlu Torunlar No:56 uses KTM 530 EXC-R

In 2007 Jim Beam Turkish Team successfully finished the rally in a good conditions and they got 2nd and 3rd place on the "My - Moto" 2007 Dakar Rally.
