How can I check the orders that I already made?
The orders already made can be consulted in My-rh section. By selecting MY ORDERS you can see the index of all the purchased orders.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Once your package is mailed out, you will receive an e-mail with all the instructions to track the shipment.
How can I return an item?
You have to contact our Customer Service writing to the following e-mail

It should be remembered that the clients take into consideration what the regulation provides for the terms of sale at the paragraph 'Guarantees and returns'.

How can I make purchases on rh+ shop?
To make an order on rh+ follow these steps:
browse the website and choose the items you are interested in and you would like to buy. After selecting the product and getting into the item page, select the desired colour and size (if needed) and click on 'Add to cart'. When you have added to the cart all the items you are interested in, you can pay. Click on 'Cart' on on the top right part of your screen and you will see a summary of the selected products with their corresponding prices and there you can choose whether to continue shopping or to checkout following the info that you will ll be shown on screen. If you desire to keep on shopping just repeat the same procedure explained before, if on the contrary you want to send your order remember to log in or register.
Once you have finished shopping, click on 'Cart' and 'Proceed', select a shipping method and a payment method, check that the information you entered is correct and click "Buy Now".
After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. From this moment on, our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation e-mail.

There are three types of wearability:

Slim Fit, anatomic structure of the item
